Fergus Joins the Team Full-Time

If you've visited The Cotley over the last few years, you'll almost certainly know Fergus.

After four years working with us part-time, we're delighted that from Monday he'll be joining Redefined Hospitality full-time.

Over the years, Fergus has become a much-loved member of the team and someone our guests know well. He's calm, steady and quietly dependable, with a genuine passion for hospitality. More importantly, he shares the values that sit at the heart of everything we do, making this feel like a very natural next step.

Favourite drink: A pint of Guinness
You'll usually find him: On the golf course
Dream car: A vintage Range Rover
Desert island dinner: A medium rare Ribeye steak with lots of salt from one of his brothers Albion cows (very specific, I know!)
