  • Our most favourite of ice cream brands, we are delighted to partner with Baboo Gelato just down the road in Bridport.

  • All the bread, chutneys and preserves you will find on our menus are made in house by our talented kitchen team.

  • RT Paris, Chard

  • If the fruit and veg doesn’t come from our own kitchen garden, we get the most fabulous, seasonal produce from our friends at Goosemoore food service in Exeter .

  • Our head chef Dan has built his career using a ‘nose to tail’ principle where he uses all parts of the animal. This philosophy aligns with The Cotley’s attitude in helping reduce waste.

  • We work closely with local breweries because, quite simply, a proper pub isn’t complete without great-tasting beer.

    Otter Brewery provides our house bitter, a true local favourite, while our guest lines regularly showcase beers from other brilliant independent brewers, including Teignworthy Brewery and Exeter Brewery, to name just a few.
